Delivery Information

Here you will find all the information you will need regarding dispatch times, delivery times and carriage charges to your chosen destination.If you have any questions regarding your delivery please contact us on 01234 360030 between 9am - 5pm and we will be happy to assist you.

Dispatch information

All orders are normally dispatched within 2-3 working days. However this can stretch to up to 5 working days during busy periods. If your order is very urgent then please contact us first before placing an order. If you live local to Bedford and would like to collect your order from either our factory, or our shop, please choose this option at the check out. We will send you an email when your order is ready to collect. Bear in mind that it might be easier to collect from our factory in London Road as you can park outside the door, so no parking fees!

One hour delivery time slot

We offer a one hour time slot for all UK deliveries which means you don't have to wait in all day for your parcel to arrive. When placing your order if you leave your mobile number with us you will be notified by text, which you can reply to if you want to re-book your delivery.  If you did not leave a mobile number when you placed your order you will be notified by email. All notifications are sent out on the day the order is dispatched, and again on the morning of your delivery day giving you your 1 hour time slot. If the day and time slot is not convenient to you then you can re-book the delivery on a day that will suit you via text or email to DPD Local however if you re-book the delivery date you cannot specify the hour. All orders are delivered by DPD Local and will need a signature upon arrival. You will receive a text or email notification when your order is dispatched and then again when it is on route with details of tracking numbers and delivery window. You can also track you parcel within 15 minutes of your delivery time-slot.

Shipping charges

All shipping charges are calculated when you enter your postcode information at the checkout. All shipping charges include packaging materials. All shipping charges include VAT.

The delivery charges above are for two attempts to the delivery address supplied at the time of order.  Please note: You will incur further charges if your goods are returned to us following two failed delivery attempts. This will include a charge for the parcel to be returned to us, and a further charge to send your parcel out again. To avoid this please make sure you respond to any communication from our courier promptly. Further charges will also apply if you want to change the delivery address after we have dispatched your order.

To avoid any confusion our courier classes the following postcodes as either the Highlands or Islands of Scotland where they charge extra to deliver to these areas. This is for pricing purposes only and is not intended to be geographically correct. Unfortunately the extra charges are beyond our control.

Scottish Highlands includes postcodes: AB30-38, AB43-56, FK17-99, G83, IV1-28, IV30-39, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-33, PA34-40, PH15-17, PH18-26, PH30, PH31-41, PH49-50.

Scottish Islands includes postcodes: HS1-9, IV40-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3.

FREE DELIVERY? THERE'S NO SUCH THING!
We don’t offer free shipping as there is no such thing as free shipping! If you find a company that offers free shipping you will usually find that the price of shipping has been built into the price of the order. Therefore if you order 2 frames you will find that you have paid for the shipping twice. We only charge one flat rate for shipping for however many frames you order, which we think is a much fairer and honest way of doing business.
