How it all works:

Our event photographers arrive about an hour before the event and set up our fully equipped mobile studio, complete with backdrop, Bowen's lights, portable instant printing lab and digital camera equipment. This is done with the minimum amount of disruption. Throughout the evening of the event, photographers will take lots of photos of individual and group photographs which can all be viewed and printed within seconds. All photos are beautifully presented in a mount and are priced at £10.00 each or 3 for £20.00. Frames will also available to purchase if desired. All photos of the event will also be available to view on our website within 48 hours. From our website you can also select and purchase other size photographs and also choose to have your photo printed and stretched onto canvas.

Which areas do you cover?
Anywhere within a 25 mile radius of Bedford and Cambridge.

What kind of events do you cover?
Please see the list above on the right, if your event isn't listed don't worry we try to accommodate any indoor event where possible.

What does it cost the organiser?
In a word, nothing! Event photographers will attend all events free of charge.

What are the cost of your photos to the guests?
We charge £10.00 for one 9"x6" mounted photo or 3 for £20.00.

Which methods of payment do you accept?
At present we only accept cash at the event, but if ordered through our website guests can pay by credit card or Paypal.

How much room will you need for your mobile studio?
15ft x 12ft would give us plenty of space to set up our studio allowing room for guests to stand whilst waiting to be photographed. Ideally this would be near an electrical 3 pin plug socket for our photographic equipment.

Can you print in black & white or Sepia?
Yes we can print in either colour, black & white, or sepia. You also have the option to change the colour of your photographs on our website.

What if some of the guests cannot afford to pay on the night but would like a copy of their photo?
All photographs taken on the night will be available to view and purchase on our website within 48 hours of the event.

Do you take last minute bookings?
If we are not already booked, and our photographers are available, then we are more than happy to take a last minute booking.

Do you do other types of photography?
Yes we have 2 photographic portrait studio's. One in The Harpur Centre in Bedford and the other in Cobble Yard, Napier Street, Cambridge.

Do you have any special deals for fundraiser's or charities?
Yes, we will be more than happy to donate 10% of the proceeds taken on the day/night to your fundraising event.
